Carbine Mastery: Ground Works

Course Overview
Prerequisite: Carbine Combatives (or instructor approval)
Smaller targets are harder to hit, and many ground positions increase our stability. Some situations put us on the ground when we don’t want to be! In this class we learn to shoot from our bellies, backs, and sides while on the ground with a rifle.

Course Outline
- Universal Firearm Safety Rules
- Flow Drills (ready/carry positions)
- Prone Shooting (on the belly)
- Supine Shooting (on the back)
- Fetal/Urban Shooting (on the side)
- Transition from position to position
Course Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Rifle: AR platforms, AK platforms, or pistol-caliber carbines
- Rentals available for $25
- 60rds of Ammunition*Must use our ammunition in rental guns
- 2 Magazines
- Ear and Eye Protection (Loaners Available)
- Weapons Mounted Flashlight
- Elbow and Knee Pads recommended
