Defensive Pistol II is an 8-hour course and utilizes the concepts presented in Defensive Pistol I which instills the fundamentals of concealed carry and defensive pistol training methodologies. This pistol training course is not your typical tactical shooting course. Students will learn realistic and effective ways to de-escalate violent encounters, conceal carry and to utilize a pistol for both personal defense and home defense.
Too many gun training schools spend too much of their focus on one aspect of personal protection or try and teach you tactics that only apply to Law Enforcement or Military personnel. As average citizens, we need easy to learn self-defense and defensive carry techniques that are both efficient and effective against realistic threats that we may face in our day to day lives. Another important aspect to concealed carry is how self defense laws can determine our use of force against an attacker. It does you no good to prevail in a violent encounter only to wind up in prison for the rest of your life.
Defensive Pistol II integrates Mindset, Safety, Awareness, De-Escalation Tactics, Gun Safety, Defensive carry, Concealed carry, and Home Defense Techniques into one self defense course. The gun is not the answer to every conflict or fight that you may encounter. In a dynamic world you need a dynamic solution to the variety of situations you may find yourself in.
